Office Furniture Installers

Job Description

Join our team as a Construction General Laborer where you will be responsible for setting up desks, furniture, and storage solutions within office buildings. You will utilize a variety of hand tools, including wrenches, screwdrivers, tape measures, and cordless drills. Additionally, you will be tasked with unloading materials from trucks and transporting them to the workspace.

Responsibilities

Set up desks, furniture, and storage solutions inside office buildings.

Use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, tape measures, and cordless drills.

Unload materials from trucks and transport them to the workspace.

Follow blueprints to ensure proper installation and assembly.

Assist with furniture delivery and installation.

Perform general labor tasks such as concrete work, framing, carpentry, and drywall installation.

Maintain inventory and ensure all tools and materials are accounted for.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in using hand tools with at least 1+ years of experience.

Experience in construction, with a focus on furniture assembly and installation.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Competence in using power tools.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Minimum of 2+ years in current or recent job.

Foreman role requires more advanced construction skills with 3+ years of experience.

Knowledge in landscaping, door installation, and drilling is beneficial.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
