Banking Business Analyst
What does a successful ARP/SMS Banking Business Analyst do?
A successful ARP/SMS Banking Business Analyst at Fiserv provides essential analysis, consultation, and training for new client implementations into Fiserv's Outsourcing utility. They attend client implementation meetings, gather the necessary information and data needed to complete the implementation, and help manage the project. The analyst is internally responsible for ensuring that all implementation requirements are effectively tracked and communicated.
What you will do:
Analyze and determine client implementation requirements under general supervision.
Provide consultation to the client before, during, and after the implementation.
Interpret client's existing systems and workflows to align with Fiserv solutions.
Provide training to clients before, during, and after the implementation.
Assist clients during user acceptance testing.
Communicate progress and any potential issues to management for awareness and resolution.
What you will need to have:
5+ years of experience in the financial services industry, delivering software development and integration projects to clients.
5+ years of experience working with third-party systems.
5+ years of experience in writing detailed documentation and technical specifications.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related discipline, and/or equivalent military experience.
What would be great to have:
5+ years of experience with banking operations.
5+ years of experience in functional testing and support of products in production.
Strong working knowledge of banking processes.
Demonstrated ability to integrate product knowledge with technical knowledge.

Important information about this role:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.

Salary Range
$96,200.00 - $164,900.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey, New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
