Now Hiring: Sales Representative

Location: Bristol, CT

Compensation: Base Salary $24-$28/hr + 5% Uncapped Commission

As we enter a period of aggressive growth , we're looking for high-energy sales professionals ready to hit the ground running, build strong client relationships, and close deals.

What You'll Do

Prospect, pitch, and close new B2B packaging accounts across industries (luxury goods, electronics, e-commerce, etc.)

Conduct in-person sales using a company-provided sample kit

Leverage our reputation, superior design capabilities, and eco-friendly solutions to open doors and secure long-term business

Work closely with our design and operations teams to develop custom packaging proposals tailored to client needs

Attend trade shows, client visits, and product demos as needed

Maintain and grow a sales pipeline using CRM tools and aggressive appointment-setting strategies

Deliver weekly reports and hit sales goals in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

What We're Looking For

2+ years of B2B outside sales experience (packaging, printing, manufacturing, or related industry preferred)

A true hunter mentality - motivated by closing deals and growing book of business

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Willingness to travel locally with a hands-on sales approach (van & sample kits provided)

Comfortable using CRM software and digital tools to manage leads and track progress

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
