Attorney Position - Criminal- Lake City

The Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel has an opening in the Lake City office location for an Attorney or a Certified Legal Intern (CLI) handling criminal cases in Columbia and surrounding counties in the 3rd Circuit. Salary commensurate with experience. Resume and cover letter are encouraged.

Qualifications

For Attorney Candidates:

J.D. from an accredited law school

Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar

Strong oral and written advocacy skills

For CLI Candidates:

Currently enrolled in an accredited law school

Eligible for CLI certification under Florida rules

Demonstrated interest in Criminal Law

Strong legal writing and research skills

Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
