Dow is seeking individuals who have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Accounting Information Systems and who are motivated by the challenges and rewards of working for a company that is experiencing tremendous growth and change.
Candidates who are hired will be part of Dow's Finance Development Program. This program provides new Finance employees multiple job assignments in the early years of their Dow career and provides a diverse and varied working knowledge of Dow's Finance organization. Individuals will be assigned to challenging positions in the Finance organization that will provide exposure to Dow's businesses and key leaders. Assignments vary and will complement the new hire's prior experiences and background.

Qualifications:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Accounting Information Systems, Finance, Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting or related Business degree.
GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred.
A minimum requirement for the U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any @type of U.S. permanent residency (green card) process.

Analytical Thinking: Examining the information, collecting the facts and checking for accuracy
Additional Notes:
Candidates should have no more than two (2) years of relevant full-time work experience post-graduation. This role is part of our Early Career Program and is designed for individuals early in their professional journey.
