Medical Assistant -- Full-Time and Part-Time Positions Available

We are seeking skilled and compassionate Medical Assistants to join our growing practice in Midland. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Salary: $16 -- $22 per hour, depending on experience Location: Midland

Key Responsibilities:

Interview patients to obtain medical histories and vital signs

Assist healthcare providers with examinations, procedures, and treatments

Perform basic clinical tasks such as administering injections and medications

Maintain accurate and detailed electronic medical records

Schedule appointments and manage patient follow-ups

Ensure exam rooms are clean, stocked, and ready for patient visits

Assist with laboratory procedures and specimen collection

Perform administrative duties including answering phones and greeting patients

Qualifications:

Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program

Current Medical Assistant certification (preferred)

Strong knowledge of medical terminology and clinical procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in electronic health record systems

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills:

Scribing experience is a plus

Familiarity with specialty and/or primary care practices

Experience in patient education and care coordination
