Main Ingredients of the Job?:**
As a US FOODS® Night Warehouse Selector you will be responsible for preparing customer orders that grow our business, instilling and reinforcing safety above all else. We TEAM UP to deliver exact and damage-free orders. Your efforts are the foundation that defines US FOODS® success based on our pillars of cultural beliefs, work ethic, collaborative spirit, and service.
Current Schedule ?: Sunday - Thursday 6:00 pm - until orders complete
Raleigh Flex Schedules:
Flex schedules are not guarenteed and are ba sed on availability, after 5 weeks.
Offering multiple full-time night shift/schedules when available ; potential options will include 3-day, 4-day, and 5-day workweeks.
*5-day workweek (2 days off)
*4-day workweek (3 days off)
*3-day workweek (4 days off)
What You Bring to the Table ?
Must be able to read and communicate in the English language such as to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job-related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports if needed
Able to work 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday - Thursday. ?
At times weekends and holidays will required ?
Recent experience (within past 6 months) in high endurance or highly physical activity or role preferred
Lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction work, etc. ?
Experience selecting large scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred?
Experience operating motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred?
Physical Requirements ?
Comfortable working in a multi-temperature environment ranging from -5 degrees to over 100 degrees required?
Ability to lift/carry/push/pull 20 to 80+ lbs. of product repetitively; moving 1,000+ cases of product during each shift required?

Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law. The expected base rate for this role is between $20.23 and $28
As applicable, this role will also receive: incentive compensation based on productivity and quality, and Freezer premium.
