Immediate Hire: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Associate

Job Description

Join a dynamic Finished Product Pharmaceutical Facility as a Sanitation Technician. In this role, you will support the cleaning of cleanrooms, manage electronic batch records, log book entries, document work orders, and perform process checks to ensure quality. You will also engage in batch packaging records for materials loaded and produced. This entry-level opportunity requires a tech-savvy mindset and a commitment to process improvement. You will have the chance to contribute solutions to recurring issues and work in a collaborative manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Support cleaning of cleanrooms and maintain sanitation standards.

Load materials and manage electronic batch records.

Complete log book entries and document work orders.

Conduct process checks to ensure quality standards are met.

Engage in batch packaging records for materials loaded and produced.

Report recurring issues and contribute to process improvement solutions.

Communicate effectively and provide suggestions for process enhancements.

Essential Skills

Bioworks Certificate or Associates in Biotechnology.

Exposure and understanding of GMP knowledge.

Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Previous healthcare or manufacturing experience (GMP).

Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Technical savviness with electronic documentation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Pharmaceutical experience is a plus.

Experience in food, medical device, or cosmetic industries is desirable.

Experience in manufacturing environments is beneficial.

Ability to work on feet for 12-hour shifts.

Work Environment

The role is based in a manufacturing environment with a 2-2-3 schedule. Training will occur during the day shift from Monday to Friday, after which you may transition to a night shift based on your hiring terms. You will need to adapt to a fast-paced environment where stress levels are high due to workload. However, the team is supportive and eager to help new members succeed. Scrubs are provided, and you will need to wear close-toed shoes or work boots. You will change into your work attire in a provided locker room. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
