Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced or Senior Manufacturing Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in Saint Charles, Missouri .
Position Responsibilities - Experienced Level 3 :
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Analyzes and interprets data
Provides feedback on assessment results
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
Works under general direction
Position Responsibilities - Senior Level 4 :
Leads complex group work sessions selecting and using advanced Lean principles, processes and tools to implement the Boeing Production System for internal or external customers
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Analyzes and interprets data
Provides feedback on assessment results and identifies opportunities for improvement and potential areas of risk
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to achieve business objectives
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
Works under minimal direction
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
This position is for 1st shift.
This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. (An Interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post Start is required.)
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
More than 3 years of experience using all the following Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
More than 3 years of experience working with analytics, data and spreadsheets to build presentations and make recommendations
More than 3 years of experience supporting both internal and external customers across multiple disciplines
More than 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or operations environment
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
Experienced Level 3: More than 3 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Senior Level 4: More than 5 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Typical Education/Experience:
Experienced Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)
Senior Level 4: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.)
Relocation:

Position may require travel up to 15% of the time.

Summary pay range Experienced Level 3 : $79,050 - $97,650
Summary pay range Senior Level 4 : $93,500 - $115,500
