Administrative Assistant (Training Department) - Harrison, OH (Job ID: 1227)

Position Summary and Purpose: Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Training Department by drafting correspondence, scheduling, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL:

Create, maintain, and enter information into databases

Maintain accurate customer information in database

Quote and Invoice training classes

Schedule and confirm appointments for clients, customers, or supervisors

Support efforts to collect competitive and VOC (Voice of the Customer) data

Assist other departments as needed to maximize customer satisfaction

Education and Experience:

REQUIRED:

High school diploma/GED

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Characteristics, etc.

REQUIRED:

Ability to successfully handle customer issues promptly and in a professional manner

Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with customers

Able to handle high volume of inquiries, with motivation to solve customer concerns and issues

Exceptional customer service skills

Physical demands: Employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Work environment: Office position. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
