Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Rocklin, California. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the organization and efficiency of our office operations. Your ability to handle administrative tasks with a focused and meticulous approach will be essential to ensuring a smooth workflow.

Responsibilities:

Manage incoming calls, providing excellent customer service and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Perform accurate and timely data entry to support office processes and record-keeping.

Organize and maintain office files, ensuring easy access to important documents.

Assist in scheduling meetings and coordinating calendars for team members.

Support daily administrative operations, including preparing reports and correspondence.

Welcome visitors and handle receptionist duties with a courteous and attentive demeanor.

Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders to maintain inventory levels.

Collaborate with team members to improve administrative procedures and workflows.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality in all tasks. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in handling inbound calls and directing them appropriately.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to maintain a welcoming and detail-focused demeanor as a receptionist.

Familiarity with basic office equipment and supply management.
