Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Plans creates marketing campaigns that further CCMH's strategic goals.
Contribute new ideas that enhance the brand's strategy.
Plans, creates and publishes social media images, posts and videos on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms.
Creates various marketing materials, such as flyers, posters, brochures, whiteboards, business cards and PowerPoints.
Creates and distributes monthly Specialty Clinic Calendar, internally and to local media.
Takes professional provider and employee pictures for media; operates various photographic equipment such as digital cameras, backdrops, and lighting; uses photo manipulation software such as Adobe Suite to get desires results.
Collaborates with Director on internal communications through the weekly newsletter, emails, social media, and other channels.
Creates advertising for newspapers, radio, internet, and social media.
Manages company website and updates on a regular basis.
Develop blogs and podcasts; publishes blogs and podcasts to the company website and social media.
Organize and prepare marketing events internal and external.
Coordinates participation and participates in off-site activities, including parade appearances, staff attendance at events, lunch-and-learn education sessions, sponsored activities, and golf outings.
Assists with scheduling and provides marketing support for Community Wellness events.
Organizes annual Assisted Living Giving Tree events for staff.
Assists the Director in grant writing for projects and programs.
Coordinates the recording of Employee Loyalty Rewards points.
Non-Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:
Associate's degree in marketing or related field, Preferred.
Effective communication skills, both written and oral, Required.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Ability to be flexible with hours and to work under pressure.
Excellent judgment needed.
