Robert Half is currently seeking multiple Customer Service Specialists for an exclusive client based in West Des Moines, IA. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and evolving team onsite on a long-term contract basis with potential for permanent hire. Key Responsibilities Include:

Efficiently Handling All Customer Inquiries: You will resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem.

Maintaining Customer Records: You will be responsible for updating account information, processing customer adjustments, and keeping records of customer interactions.

Cross-Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with various teams to meet customer service goals and enhance overall operations.

Continuous Improvement: Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven customer support experience with a strong phone contact handling skill and active listening skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience in a team-centric and collaborative work environment.

An understanding of MS Office suites, especially Excel and Word.
