We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in West Des Moines, Iowa. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional support to customers, managing inquiries, and ensuring claims are processed accurately. Responsibilities:

Handle inbound customer calls with efficiency, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Deliver excellent customer service by providing accurate information and solutions tailored to customer needs.

Process claims with a focus on accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.

Perform data entry tasks to maintain and update customer records in internal systems.

Collaborate with team members to ensure quality assurance standards are consistently met.

Requirements

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a customer service role.

Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in all tasks.

Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Typing speed of 45-60 words per minute with high accuracy.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to changes.
