Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Jefferson Hills, Pennsylvania. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail to contribute to our daily operations. Responsibilities:

Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring clear communication and accurate documentation.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns efficiently.

Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records and databases.

Draft and respond to email correspondence in a timely and meticulous manner.

Coordinate and schedule appointments to ensure smooth operations.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to complete various administrative tasks.

Organize and maintain files and documentation for easy access and retrieval.

Support team members with general administrative duties as needed.

Assist in creating presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint.

Ensure office procedures are followed and contribute to improving workflows. Requirements - Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role.

Proficiency in answering and managing inbound calls with professionalism.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle client interactions effectively.

Demonstrated expertise in data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Familiarity with email correspondence, including drafting and responding professionally.

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Ability to schedule and manage appointments efficiently.
