No prior experience with furnaces required-just a strong work ethic and a desire to grow in a high-tech, high-impact industry.

?? What You'll Do

Support the setup and operation of a vacuum atomization furnace

Perform cleaning, inspection, and monitoring tasks throughout the production cycle

Assist with raw material prep, furnace operation, and minor equipment repairs

Safely handle materials and equipment using hoists and tools

Follow strict safety and quality standards, including PPE use (respirator/mask)

??? What You Bring

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to lift 50 lbs and work from heights (up to 60 ft)

Comfortable wearing a respirator and working in a physical environment

Reliable transportation and strong attendance

Experience in machine operation or general production is a plus-but not required!

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job

classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be

subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
