POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various technical roles across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of IT roles and technologies, strong networking skills, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, this role will assist with exceeding our leaders' expectations and add value to their business by attracting top talent. This position will demonstrate the importance of relationship building with prospective candidates and internal stakeholders.
** This role offers a hybrid work schedule, but the person must be based in either the Findlay, OH or San Antonio, TX.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, screening, assessment, presentation, debriefing, offer negotiation, and ensuring a positive experience.
Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, providing a consultative approach and representing the company's values.
Performs effective recruitment strategies using various recruiting methods to attract diverse candidates.
Assess candidates through resume screening and phone interviews to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
Manages timely communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
Maintains current and accurate applicant record information and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring compliance, data privacy, and confidentiality requirements.
Monitors recruitment metrics and performance indicators to drive a positive stakeholder experience.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Four (4) years of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or relevant Client Management experience required.
Experience recruiting for IT roles in niche or emerging technologies (AI/ML, cloud computing, cybersecurity): i.e. software developers, DevOps engineers, data scientists, architects, business systems analysts highly preferred
Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow)
SKILLS

Strong interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and organization needs simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
Adapts seamlessly to changing priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to meet organization needs and goals.
Comfortable working with ambiguity, limited information, and engaging clients to reach clarity.
