Description
Develops, coordinates and maintains Physical Therapy services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners and patient/family. Provides services to inpatients, outpatients and HHC clients and long term care residents. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with hospital standards and guidelines established by the American Physical Therapy Association in conjunction with regulatory requirements of both federal and state agencies.

We are hiring for Physical Therapist positions at Providence Seward Medical Center, a critical access hospital in in Seward, AK!
The position will be responsible for mostly outpatient care in swing beds and long term care (about 80% of the time), and some acute care (about 20% of the time).
Currently available schedules:
Full Time ,1.0 FTE, Day shift ,40 hours per week.
$5,000 Hiring Bonus for eligible external hires that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, Or
Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Or
Ph.D. in Physical Therapy.
Alaska Physical Therapist License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and credentials in sub-specialty.
