GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the efficient and effective operations of AIS Infrastructure's construction and industrial services projects. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the successful execution of projects and adherence to safety standards and protocols established by AIS Infrastructure.

MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize project execution.

Monitor and evaluate project performance to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.

Identify and mitigate operational risks and issues proactively to minimize project delays or disruptions.

Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

REQUIRED JOB SKILLS & ABILITIES

Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Solid understanding of construction and industrial services operations, including knowledge of relevant equipment, tools, and materials.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.

Relevant certifications or licenses (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) are a plus.

Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction or industrial services operations.

In-depth knowledge of project management principles and practices.

Familiarity with construction software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Primavera, ERP systems).

TRAVEL

Travel to project sites may be necessary, up to 35%.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations in the construction and industrial services industry.

Proficiency in using project management software and tools.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders.

Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges.

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in project deliverables.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
