The Commerce team is seeking a technically and analytically strong individual to join the Commerce Operations team. The Commerce team provides readers of our domains with helpful and relevant information to aid them in their health journey. We connect consumers with products and brands with the goal of helping readers make the right healthy action for them.
As an operations manager you will analyze performance and trends, model opportunities, and creatively plan our partner and website strategy. You will partner with senior leadership and functional leaders across the organization to implement data-backed solutions. You will also help onboard and coach our youngest associates, maximizing their potential and finding opportunities that accelerate their growth.
The ideal candidate will be eager to jump into our fast-paced group, hungry to learn about our business, be able to operate autonomously, and have a passion for connecting our partners with health-seekers.
Where You'll Be
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You'll Do
Manage day-to-day execution and analysis of commerce and affiliate campaigns across Healthline Media.
Identify, design, test, and report on opportunities for account growth and optimization.
Develop and deliver campaign performance reports and presentations.
Analyze data to make recommendations to improve existing campaigns, forecast and develop new strategies that will inform future conclusions.
Collaborate across teams to contribute to ever-growing understanding of partner performance.
Work closely with cross functional teams to develop new product channels and stand up the operations to go to market.
Collaborate with external partners to ensure alignment in working toward meeting their target goals.
Work hands-on with our associates through all the above, coaching them and developing them into highly effective and autonomous team members.
What We're Looking For
4+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following: consulting, finance, strategy, project management and/or business operations.
Demonstrated ability to extract, manipulate, and visualize data using tools like SQL, Excel, Looker, and Tableau. Experience synthesizing that data into insights and actionable next steps.
Effective, clear communication and collaboration with a diverse range of key stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve shared goals
Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple campaigns and promotional schedules. Ability to prioritize across different projects to focus resources on high-impact work.
Entrepreneurial drive and spirit to take initiative and ownership. Desire to work hands-on in a performance based, analytically driven, fast-paced environment.
A hunger for growth, eager to receive feedback and coaching. A commitment to learn at an accelerated rate.
Enthusiasm for being in the driver's seat in a dynamic, fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
Starting Salary: $92,250.00 - $100,000.00 *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
