About the job you're considering

Preferred candidates will have previous experience oracle Fusion HCM Absence Functional Lead and related areas.

Key Responsibilities

Should have atleast 2 Implementation experience in Absence for Global Company across Multiple Geographies Must have worked on at least 3-4 Oracle Cloud HCM projects . Must have Expertise in Gathering & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and Requirements documentation Prepare functional design and work with Offshore team in Implementing and testing. Should understand the interactions with dependent modules in Implementing Absence. Experience in Implementing Payroll and Compensation will be desired. Must have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills and problem resolution skills.

Required Skills

Prepare the functional design. Knowledge of Absence and Compensation will be desired Collect the requirement and Implement any Enhancement Requested

Nice to Have Skills

Active Certifications in the Absence module will be desired

Qualifications

Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Functional Lead with an experience of 8 years. Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent
