Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Reading, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a key part in managing client accounts, addressing concerns, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. This is a Long-term Contract position offering an opportunity to build lasting relationships with clients while contributing to the success of our organization.

Responsibilities:

Manage client accounts by addressing their needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications.

Respond to client complaints promptly and work toward effective resolutions.

Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments or senior account managers when necessary.

Assist clients with placing orders, tracking shipments, and handling returns or exchanges.

Communicate with clients via email and other channels to provide timely updates and support.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and problem-solving.

Monitor billing processes and address any discrepancies with efficiency and professionalism.

Provide guidance and information to clients regarding company policies and procedures.

Uphold high standards of communication and customer service in every interaction. Requirements - Proven experience in customer service or account management roles.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an emphasis on email correspondence.

Ability to handle billing functions and resolve discrepancies effectively.

Familiarity with tracking shipments, managing returns, and handling exchanges.

Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing client concerns.

Capability to escalate complex issues and collaborate with internal teams.

Detail-oriented mindset for maintaining accurate records and documentation.
