What you'll do
In this new role, we are looking for a curious-minded customer relationship management (CRM) specialist who enjoys a blend of autonomous and collaborative work. You will be responsible for a variety ofCRM activities, including contact and account management, list management, analytics/reporting, invite communication management, and user/system support.
Known internally as Digital Marketing Senior Specialist - CRM, it will report directly to the Marketing Director - CRM. The location for the position is in New York City, NY or Southfield, MI. Paid relocation is not available for this position.
Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to provide CRM services in support of firm campaigns, including development of segmented lists, contact list matching, and reporting.
Manage the processing of contact updates, including work prioritization, ticket assignment and updates to maintain CRM data quality.
Manage CRM system administrative tasks, including synch management, user onboarding/offboarding tasks, list and user rights management, and software issues.
Provide CRM end user support, guidance and training to marketing and administrative staff. Promote best practices for efficient and effective use of CRM.
Support event registration process, including creation and programming of event email communications, development of registration forms, and broadcast email sends.

What you'll need
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred.
Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in a marketing or business development capacity ideally in a professional services firm.
Proven expertise in CRM systems (LexisNexis InterAction or Dynamics 365 a plus) and broadcast email marketing platforms (Vuture a plus).
Good technical acumen, including working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email customization and template creation.
Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and organized with good time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work effectively across teams with people at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Core working hours are generally 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday - Friday; willingness to work outside of normal U.S. business hours, and as unique projects/needs arise.
Ability to work full time in an office and remote environment; physically able to sit/stand at a computer and work in front of a computer screen for significant portions of the workday.
