SALARY RANGE: $30.20 - $32.93/hr.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY:

Provide daily administrative and sales support to the Commercial Banking Team related to client servicing and overall customer relationship management (CRM). Provide high-level customer service support and perform special projects for the Commercial Department as needed.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Provide administration and client service support to the Commercial RM team including scheduling meetings, assisting with presentations and proposals and maintaining sales collateral

Assist with database and file maintenance, including requesting and collecting prospect / client data , ensuring accurate and current information for effective reporting and analysis.

Organize and update sales and portfolio data to prepare and maintain reports and dashboards to support the commercial banking team's needs and activities.

Assist with administrative tasks ensuring timely effective operations and efficient workflow.

Support the sales team in gathering and preparing information for client calls with a high degree of accuracy and in compliance with company policies.

Coordinate sales activities including scheduling appointments, preparing sales materials and following up with clients.

Assist the Commercial RA and Treasury Management Teams with operational support relative to client account servicing as needed.

Lead ad-hoc projects related to marketing programs and client administration.

Assist Commercial Department and Marketing with special event planning and other client related activities and initiatives

Keep up to date on Bank Policies, Laws and Regulations that govern commercial lending.

Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Associate's degree in a business-related discipline and a minimum of 2 years of banking experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Commercial banking and/or sales support experience strongly preferred.

Experience working in nCino and/or Salesforce

Demonstrated proficiency in MS O365 applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams and SharePoint.

Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.

Ability to handle confidential information with tact and discretion.

Ability to quickly master new technology systems

Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
