JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking an experienced Child Respite Provider to support a little boy with autism at his home or in the community. Your work as a respite provider will allow the parent/main caregiver time away for their own self-care. The ideal candidate will be confident, empathy, and will have the desire to make a difference in this child\'s world. If you are ready to help a wonderful family, please apply today! This amazing boy enjoys playing outside, going for walks, riding bikes and going to the park. He also likes hot wheels, monster trucks, and the game Bottle Flip. He prefers to carry his favorite things (including his blanket) in two backpacks around with him. Location: Eau Claire, WI Pay: Hourly rate: \$14.13 per hour Daily rate: \$207.45. Hours per week: 7 hours per week 2 days per week: Parent prefers Wednesdays and Fridays Tasks: Constant supervision Companionship Provide motivation for the boy to be active Redirect behaviors when needed Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, toileting, meal prep, and community outings. Skills: Compassionate and patient demeanor possess the ability to remain calm Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, enthusiastic, engaging Excellent work ethic, including being punctual, reliable and trustworthy To apply: Submit your resume to Heidibu@consumerdirectcare.com If hired, Consumer Direct Care Network (CDCN) will not be your legal employer on record. CLTS - Children\'s Long-Term Support Program I do not work on a commission, and pay is processed by CLTS and Consumer Direct - I respond to calls and emails during traditional business hours of Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. ** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Requirements: Valid Driver\'s License, reliable vehicle, & auto insurance 10 or more years of experience working with autistic children.
