GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Performs the full range of administrative activities in support of the childrens mental health program, including receptionist and secretarial work, filing, communications, appointment scheduling, billing/reimbursement support, eligibility determination support, verification of insurance support, supplies inventory control and ordering, routine office, and telehealth equipment support, scanning and importing documentation in the electronic health records, keeping, and other such duties. Constantly exercises vigilance in maintaining confidential files and reports. In general terms, supports an efficient office system and contributes to the centers state purpose by performing administrative support and or technical program assistance work. Interagency collaboration is essential to this position. The job requires extensive community-based service provision and flexible hours and is scheduled to meet the demand of the clients served. Administratively reports directly to the CandA clinic manager and works with guidance from the Childrens Services Director.

MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduated from an accredited high school or GED.

Two years full-time secretarial experience of increasing complexity. Experience working in a receptionist/secretary related office environment/
