What the Role Involves:

The Executive Assistant supports executive leadership by ensuring day-to-day activities, strategic priorities, and operational tasks are seamlessly executed. You will manage calendars, assist with communication, provide high-level administrative support, and serve as a trusted partner in maintaining efficient workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize the executive's calendar and meeting schedules

Draft, refine, and format reports, agendas, presentations, and other key documents

Coordinate meetings and events, including logistics, communication with attendees, and minute-taking

Serve as a liaison between the executive and other internal/external contacts

Track tasks and assignments to ensure timely completion

Anticipate challenges or potential roadblocks and proactively offer solutions

Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism

Support ongoing projects, regulatory submissions, research, and initiatives as needed

Take initiative to improve processes and support leadership effectiveness

What's Required:

Education/Experience:

Associate's degree or equivalent required

Minimum of 5 years of high-level administrative or office coordination experience

Technical Proficiency:

Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word) and comfort with cloud-based tools

Willingness and ability to learn new technologies

Communication & Organizational Skills:

Above-average written and verbal communication skills, with a professional tone

Strong attention to detail and task execution

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Ability to manage shifting priorities independently and work as part of a team
