Description We are looking for a meticulous Sales Support specialist to join our team in Greenville, North Carolina. This Contract-to-Permanent position is ideal for someone passionate about providing exceptional post-sales assistance and contributing to the overall efficiency of sales operations. The role requires expertise in handling orders, preparing documentation, and supporting both domestic and international sales processes.

Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless resolution of inquiries.

Manage inbound sales inquiries and assist with customer requests in a timely and precise manner.

Accurately process and enter orders into the system while maintaining high attention to detail.

Utilize SAP software to track and update sales data, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Prepare and review export and import documentation, ensuring adherence to customs regulations.

Collaborate with internal teams to address sales-related issues and improve operational workflows.

Support the preparation of reports and metrics to analyze sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Maintain clear communication with clients regarding order status, shipping details, and other relevant information.

Monitor and resolve discrepancies in sales transactions or documentation.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance sales support efficiency. Requirements - Proven experience in post-sales support or a similar role.

Strong proficiency in SAP for managing sales and order data.

Knowledge of export and import documentation processes and customs regulations.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling data and documentation.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
