At Volt, our greatest strength is our people Volt is immediately hiring a Customer Service/Inventory Clerk for a leading organization in Ann Arbor MI Full Time Come create your career with Volt! This position is On-site We have job openings: 1st shift 7am -330pm OR 2nd Shift- 11am-7pm Pay for this position is $19/hr As a Customer Service Rep you will: Bill shipments with applicable tariffs and pricing Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner Monitor progress of delivery routes and communicate this with the customers Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry and billing Monitor Inventory and work with Warehouse team to track over/shorts and dispose of damaged product Candidates must meet the following requirements for consideration: High School or GED Strong computer, typing and 10-key skills Experience with Microsoft Office Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirements Positive Attitude Experience with the following is a plus: Inventory Control Previously worked in Transportation Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
