Sales Support Assistant

JOB REQUIREMENTS: ETC is pleased to announce an opportunity to join our team in providing sales support for our growing line of RAYN products! This position involves working closely with our sales manager to expand our customer base through various outreach efforts. In this role you\'d be following up with potential customers who\'ve indicated an interest in our products, researching new sales opportunities and channels, supporting product demos and tradeshow efforts, and providing general administrative support to the team. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop your knowledge of horticultural controls and of our expanding product offerings that will help shape the future of horticultural lighting! We\'re looking for an outgoing and personable individual who enjoys working with smaller teams and is looking to use their knowledge and experience to help us grow our market presence. This position requires excellent communication and customer service skills, competency with Microsoft Office, and a background or interest in horticulture. This is a 6-month LTE position, preferably based from our Mazomanie office.
