Core Responsibilities
Be a trusted Finance Business Partner and member of LT to Vice-President of LEGO Customer team supporting Target business
Co-lead business and organizational decisions together with Customer LT team
Participate in setting the overall strategy and business planning (ICP, JBP) for the LEGO Group-Target partnership
Conduct financial performance review, comprehensive trade terms review, pricing and promo strategies analysis, profitability evaluation by theme/price tier and make data- driven recommendations to improve profitability.
Drive a return on investment mentality by finding new ways of analyzing our performance and linking it to the strategic and investment choices we make
Lead Trade Spend reporting and forecasting, championing efficient business plans.
Facilitate and champion system adoption for effective trade fund management and business management.
Drive accountability, use insights & analytics, and constructively challenge to deliver sustainable business growth and financial performance.
Be a stewardship champion leading others in crafting and operationalizing effective governance models.

Do you have, what it takes?
A Finance, Accounting, Economics degree, or related field or equivalent professional qualification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) is preferred, but not prerequisite
Commercial controlling and business partnering proven experience from an international company, preferably within FMCG or retail
Must have worked with and delivered results in the field of commercial finance preferably as Finance Business Partner
Comfortable with ambiguity and is not afraid of getting into details
Analytical and can solve problems, make recommendations, convey clear messages sometimes with limited data
Strong communication, collaboration, and partner management skills. Confidence and maturity to network with people across different functions (finance and non-finance) and externally
Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint's skills. Experience with Power BI is an advantage
A high level of professionalism that delivers results when required, typically above expectations.
Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $124,706.00 - $187,060.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
