Adecco is currently assisting a local customer in their search for Billing Coordinator positions in Newport News, VA. Perks:

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM (can be discussed during interview)

Weekly paycheck

Pay: $ 21.90/hr

Responsibilities:

Process customer sales, invoices, and shipments/pickups

Review sales tax rate for accuracy and process freight billing

Perform administrative duties such as scanning and telephone support

Contribute to team efforts with professionalism and consistency

Requirements:

Strong 10-key and/or alpha-numeric data entry proficiency

At least 1 year of Microsoft Outlook experience

Professional verbal and written communication skills

High school diploma or GED (must be listed on resume)

Pay Details: $21.90 per hour
