Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a Contract Recruiter based in Fall River, MA for a 6-month engagement, with potential for extension. This role is pivotal in managing the recruitment for quality roles, including QC Chemists and QA Inspectors.

Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment cycle for quality roles, including QC Chemists and QA Inspectors.

Utilize advanced Boolean search techniques to source candidates effectively.

Leverage recruitment platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn, as well as participate in job fairs and college hiring events.

Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.

Maintain accurate and organized candidate records in the applicant tracking system.

Essential Skills

Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, especially for quality roles.

Expertise in advanced Boolean search techniques.

Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Must be able to work on-site daily.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior recruiting experience.

Ability to handle high volume hires.

Positive attitude and coachable.

Experience in full cycle recruiting, customer service, ATS, and scheduling coordination.

Work Environment

This position can be 100% remote. The position involves managing the recruitment process for a large-scale project aiming to hire 200-300 QA/QC professionals. This is an excellent opportunity to gain a strong reference from the VP of HR and TA upon successful completion of the project.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
