Position Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing scheduling, tracking, and customer interface for the Condensate facility in Cadiz, OH. Reporting to the Operations Director, the position ensures the smooth operation of the facility by optimizing condensate delivery, maintaining daily reporting, and handling various administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Facility Optimization: Coordinate condensate delivery to the facility on a regular basis

Daily Reporting: Prepare and submit daily reports

Measurement Edits: Make necessary adjustments to measurement data

Customer/Contract Setup: Set up new customers and contracts in RA system

TMS Updates: Update and maintain the TMS system

Insurance Monitoring: Track and monitor insurance coverage for carriers

Active Scheduling:

Track real-time receipts by customer

Ensure proper allocation when nominations exceed stabilizer capacity

Verify correct contract numbers are used

Inventory Monitoring: Collaborate with the Midwest team to monitor inventory levels

Takeaway Management: Ensure proper takeaway handling (Cornerstone)

Measurement Sample Analysis: Assist with measurement sample analysis as needed

Additional Responsibilities

Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate operational reports

Purchase Requisitions: Create and manage purchase requisitions in accordance with company procurement policies

Invoice Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve invoice discrepancies to ensure timely payment processing

Accrual Management: Assist with monthly accruals to support financial reporting accuracy

Supply Management: Coordinate ordering and inventory of supplies to support operational needs

Employee Support: Provide administrative assistance to employees as needed for day-to-day operations

Minimum Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required

3+ years of industry experience with an emphasis on scheduling, gas control, transportation logistics
