Duties Description The Finance Accounts Payable Aide will assist the Regional Business Officer in the Regional Officer or designee and will be responsible for a variety of accounts payable tasks for the Taconic region. Duties include but are not limited to:- Process payments and track inquiries using computer systems including the following tasks: o Reconciling vendor statements, regional revenue and attendance and track for vendor inquires.- Review and/or approve all regional P-cards purchases o Monitor regional purchases for reasonableness of price/purchase o Advise facilities when an item needs to be inventoried- Assist the regional Contract Management Specialist with procurement. o Process receiving reports - Other duties as assigned
