What Youll Get to Do As a Marketing Coordinator specializing in Demand Generation, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing campaigns that generate leads and drive customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling content, analyze campaign performance, and optimize strategies to achieve our marketing goals.

Job responsibilities include:

Campaign Development: Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising.

Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging marketing materials, including blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies that align with our brand voice and resonate with our target audience.

Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular reports to share findings with the team.

Lead Management: Support the lead generation process by managing and nurturing leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement.

Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and enhance customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in demand generation or digital marketing.

Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.

Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
