CenterWell's Marketing Organization is seeking an experienced Brand Marketing Director to join the Centerwell Brand Marketing team working remote anywhere in the U.S. As the Director, you will lead a team of four marketing professionals responsible for the CenterWell brand strategy, planning and growth. This could include developing and executing bold, insight-driven campaigns that strengthen the CenterWell brand in the hearts and minds of consumers. This position will also lead annual marketing strategy development, support quarterly marketing reviews, and guide customer acquisition across lines of business. Key Role Functions
Lead the development and execution of the CenterWell brand strategy, ensuring alignment with enterprise vision and growth objectives
Own and evolve brand architecture, positioning, messaging frameworks, and brand health KPIs
Oversee high-impact brand-building campaigns, including creative development, sponsorships, partnerships, and community engagement
Drive the annual marketing strategy and planning process for CenterWell marketing
Establish and uphold brand standards across all business units and marketing channels
Lead marketing plan development in support of integrated health initiatives
Initiate consumer research initiatives and build a learning agenda to uncover actionable insights
Run quarterly marketing reviews to align stakeholders and optimize brand performance
Support the development of new offerings through early-stage ideation and business case planning

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business or other related field
10+ years of progressive experience in brand marketing, including building and executing marketing strategies and plans
5+ years of people leadership experience, including leading and developing high-performing teams
Proven success in building and scaling brand architecture, identity, and messaging platforms across complex organizations
Track record of developing integrated brand campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, influence, and lead cross-functional and agency teams
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities; comfortable engaging executive stakeholders
Analytical mindset with expertise in brand health tracking, consumer insights, and data-informed decision-making
Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments
Collaborative, solution-oriented, and energized by building something meaningful from the ground up
Passionate about delivering high-impact brand experiences that align with human-centered healthcare
Brings energy, curiosity, optimism, and a sense of humor to their leadership
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or advanced degree

This role is a 100% remote role anywhere in the US and will primarily operate on Eastern Standard Time business hours.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$168,000 - $231,000 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
