Description We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team in Stockton, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, showcasing our products and services, and building strong relationships with merchant clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is eager to grow professionally.

Responsibilities:

Present and explain the costs and benefits of our services to potential merchant clients in a clear and engaging manner.

Guide clients through the application process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.

Maintain ongoing relationships with clients after sign-up to encourage satisfaction and secure referrals.

Generate leads through social media platforms and online research to expand your client base.

Create personalized sales pitches that effectively address client needs and objections.

Regularly provide updates and reports on sales activities and progress as requested by management.

Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets established by your manager.

Stay informed about industry trends and adapt to changes to better serve clients and improve sales strategies.

Communicate effectively with your manager and adhere to company policies and standards.

Uphold professionalism, integrity, and respect in all client interactions and sales activities. Requirements - Previous experience in sales or customer service is highly preferred but not mandatory.

Familiarity with social media marketing and lead generation is advantageous.

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are considered a plus.

A highly driven and self-motivated personality is essential.

Experience in commission-based roles is preferred but not required.

Strong customer service skills, including handling objections and maintaining professionalism.

Ability to adapt to different client personalities and communication styles.
