The Warehouse Lead Technician position is critical for safe, efficient, and compliant warehouse operations. This role is the primary contact for the receipt, storage, dispensing, and disposal of materials, components, and processing aids in accordance with cGMP and company procedures
Role Responsibilities:
Receive and manage the life cycle of incoming materials (raw materials, intermediates, finished products, packaging components, and processing aids) for accurate identity, storage, segregation, and handling.
Will serve as SME for automatic inventory management system (IMS) and control material transactions and physical movements.
Will serve as POC for inquiries regarding material location and status.
Perform sampling of components and processing aids and enter data in LIMS/ELN for QA review/disposition. Responsible for timely dispensing of materials for both GMP and Developmental operations.
Responsible for the disposal of expired or obsolete materials in accordance to standard operating procedures. Responsible for maintaining accurate and accessible material files and documents for daily operations and audits.
Cross-train and serve as backup for collecting Hazardous and Non-Hazardous waste.
Will lead/investigate/reconcile the annual physical inventory and cyclic counts.
Responsible for the Weekly Safety Inspections and sweep down of the GMP warehouse to ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to verify timely delivery of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records through meticulous documentation and regular audits.
Will perform other duties as necessary in support of Quality Assurance's objectives to ensure materials, components, and products are free from contamination and defect.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalence
Minimum 3+ years warehouse/logistics experience
Must be computer literacy (MS Outlook, MS Teams, MS Word, WMS and/or IMS)
Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Must be able to multi-task.
Must be able to work 50% / 50%; Sitting / Standing
Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds, daily
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's degree or college degree
Experience working in GMP environment
Experience working with LIMS/Labware/ELN
Good business and leadership acumen
