Entry-Level: $22-$25/hr

Experienced Technicians: $40-$45/hr (based on qualifications)

Position Overview

We are hiring an Electronic Assembly Shop Technician (Electronic Circuitry/Parts Assembler I) to assist with the assembly, wiring, and testing of our power distribution products. This position is perfect for both entry-level candidates eager to train and experienced technicians ready to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble and wire power distribution equipment, including panels, busbars, and enclosures

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work instructions

Use hand/power tools to cut, crimp, and assemble components

Perform quality checks and ensure precision craftsmanship

Follow OSHA and NEC safety protocols

Collaborate with engineers and technicians to meet production goals

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Troubleshoot and report any production issues

Entry-Level Candidates Should Have:

Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical assembly

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to follow instructions and technical drawings

Good communication and teamwork skills

Reliable work ethic and eagerness to learn

Preferred for Experienced Candidates:

Prior experience in panel building, low voltage systems, or electrical assembly

Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and electrical schematics

Familiarity with NEC, UL 508A, or similar electrical standards

Knowledge of components such as breakers, relays, switches, and starters

Experience tying BOMs to electrical schematics
