Description

Robert Half is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Administrative Assistant to support our team in achieving operational excellence. In this pivotal role, you will provide advanced administrative support to leadership and key departments, ensuring seamless communication, efficient processes, and optimal productivity. As the backbone of the team, you will manage high-level responsibilities while offering professional expertise to elevate organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact and liaison between executives, departments, clients, and stakeholders.

Handle complex calendar management, scheduling high-priority meetings, and planning travel arrangements.

Prepare, review, and refine executive-level correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and invoice processing.

Coordinate team events, meetings, and training sessions, including logistics and materials.

Oversee office management functions, ensuring equipment and supply availability.

Research and compile data for strategic planning or decision-making purposes.

Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Support or lead special projects as assigned by senior leadership.

Provide mentorship and guidance to junior administrative staff, promoting skill development and efficiency.

Requirements

Proven experience in advanced administrative roles (5+ years preferred).

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant technology platforms.

Ability to work independently while maintaining collaboration within a team setting.

Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities.

Professional discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information.

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
