Description

Robert Half is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic and growing team. Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

Develop and maintain a filing system for digital and physical documents.

Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure clear communication and efficiency in operations.

Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence promptly and professionally.

Maintain office supplies by monitoring inventory and placing orders as necessary.

Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Proven experience in an administrative or support role (1-3 years preferred).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multi-task effectively.

Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
