Accounting Office Manager

7:30 am - 12:00 pm

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Greet and direct visitors and customers in a courteous and professional manner.

Schedule appointments and make referrals as needed.

Answer incoming calls and respond to emails.

Perform data entry and maintain filing systems for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential personnel files.

Sort, record, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Assist with maintaining financial records, including accounts payable/receivable.

Prepare reports, forms, and other documents for meetings, mailings, and correspondence.

Support office operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma or GED preferred.

1-3 years of clerical or administrative experience preferred.

Must be able tolift upto 10-25 pounds occasionally.

Friendly and professional communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to proofread.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Experience with QuickBooks required;Fishbowl software a plus.

Familiarity with accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliation.

Basic knowledge of office equipment and clerical systems.

Able to prioritize tasks, work independently, and troubleshoot issues effectively.
