About the Job:

Rent the Runway is seeking an Associate Manager, Brand Marketing to join our dynamic, fast-paced team. You'll play a key role in executing campaigns and shaping an always-on content strategy that builds brand equity, drives engagement, and ensures our storytelling is creative, consistent, and culturally relevant across channels.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and strategic thinker early in their marketing career to grow alongside a seasoned team, gain hands-on experience across all brand touchpoints, and help shape the future of one of fashion's most innovative brands.

What You'll Do:

Campaign & Content StrategyHelp manage an evergreen GTM editorial calendar informed by customer insights, seasonal trends, merchandise, and product rollouts.Support in the development of creative briefs, translating strategy into actionable direction for internal and external partners.Contribute to content plans that support omnichannel marketing strategies (social, email, paid, on-site).Collaborate with the fashion team to align seasonal assortment goals with brand storytelling.

Project & Stakeholder ManagementSupport cross-functional project management of evergreen initiatives, including campaign and production timelines.Act as a liaison for brand partnerships internally and externally, from ideation to execution.Work with channel leads and production to coordinate shoot briefs that align with merchandising and growth priorities.

Reporting & InsightsOwn weekly/monthly performance reporting and marketing recaps.Identify customer feedback and cultural trends, translating them into actionable insights for the broader team.

Work closely with our insights team and channel leads to gather and consolidate insights that can inform our broader quarterly marketing strategy.

Participate in brainstorms to generate impactful, forward-thinking brand ideas.

About You:

Passionate about fashion, culture, and sustainability, with a finger on the pulse of what's shaping the industry today.

Collaborative and proactive, with experience navigating complex orgs or cross-functional teams.

Deep understanding of how compelling storytelling fuels brand love, engagement, and growth.

Exceptional written and verbal communication, with obsessive attention to detail.

Comfortable with ambiguity, quick to pivot, and energized by creative problem-solving.

Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and comfortable managing up, especially when it comes to prioritization.

Experience working with creative or production teams is a plus.

Familiarity with tools like Asana, Figma, Google Analytics, and Looker a plus.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $64,397.00 - 80,496.50. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held.
