Description We are looking for an experienced and driven Director of Marketing to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a Contract to permanent position, offering an exciting opportunity to lead marketing initiatives and drive brand growth. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, energy, and a proven track record of success in digital marketing and strategy.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive business growth.

Oversee social media campaigns, ensuring consistent engagement and alignment with company goals.

Utilize Google Analytics and other tools to measure marketing performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative marketing content and materials.

Lead B2B marketing efforts to expand partnerships and client relationships.

Manage digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, SEO, and email campaigns.

Monitor industry trends, particularly in real estate, property management, or hospitality, to inform marketing strategies.

Build and maintain strong brand awareness through targeted campaigns and initiatives.

Identify opportunities for growth and develop actionable plans to achieve them.

Train and mentor marketing team members, fostering skill development and collaboration. Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on digital and B2B strategies.

Proven expertise in using Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.

Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their role in marketing strategies.

Experience in real estate, property management, or hospitality industries is preferred.

Ability to create and execute marketing plans with measurable results.

Demonstrated efficiency and ambition, with a drive to innovate and excel.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and collaborate effectively.
