Our client, a leader in logistics and customer service, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Operations department supporting seamless communication between Sales and Operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a professional demeanor which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Poughkeepsie, NY

Pay Range:

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

What's the Job?

Act as a liaison between Sales and Operations to ensure seamless communication and workflow.

Communicate with customers throughout the moving process, including confirming dates, arranging payments, and addressing paperwork questions.

Coordinate moving dates, warehouse access, and carton deliveries.

Provide support and information to customers via phone, email, online chat, or in person.

What's Needed?

Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong computer proficiency and data entry skills.

High School Diploma required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, and Adobe E-sign.

1 Year prior experience in customer service (or related field) and/or logistics preferred.
