??What You'll Do

As a key member of our team, you'll:

?? Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customer accounts.

?? Handle customer service inquiries via phone, email, and fax.

?? Provide accurate information on shipments and billing.

?? Enter and manage orders using our internal systems.

?? Perform detailed data entry using Microsoft Office tools.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Proficiency inMicrosoft ExcelandMicrosoft Office Suite.

Experience withdata entryandorder processing.

A high school diploma or equivalent.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.50/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
