TheWarehouse Procurement Supervisoris supervised by the Contract and Procurement Manager. The position oversees procurement staff, warehouse inventory, procurement processes, contract management, strategic and operational planning and reporting in compliance with the Montana Procurement Act for the Warehouse. Duties include supervising up to four procurement specialists, performing functions such as hiring, performance management, employee relations, training, etc. This position also includes receiving, reviewing, and accepting in accordance with specifications and processing of all goods and services essential for the operations of the Montana State Prison. Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Public Administration, Communication, or related field; or Associate degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Public Administration, Communication, or related field and two years' experience in technical writing, research, or project management Other combinations of education and experience will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
