Job Title: Accountant

Location: East Tulsa

Job Type: Full-Time | 6-Month Contract

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team. This position is responsible for accounts payable, general ledger activities, and supporting various accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and review vendor invoices according to scheduled timelines

Prepare assigned reports, including financial analysis

Handle packing slips and bills of lading (BOLs)

Perform monthly general ledger account entries

Assist with month-end closing activities

Liaise with internal teams and shared services

Identify and recommend process improvements

Provide guidance to employees on company expense procedures

Deliver excellent customer service by resolving accounting-related inquiries

Collaborate with department managers to resolve issues efficiently

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, including A/P and/or A/R

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including Pivot Tables) and Word

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience in manufacturing or a similar industry (preferred)

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
