About the Role

A Senior Technical Consultant is a member of Workdays Global Professional Services organization dedicated to the implementation of our\ cloud-based software within medium to large sized companies. We help customers make the most of the Workday platform!

The Senior Technical Consultant works closely with the clients project team to design, develop, and deploy a customers integration\ solutions. They will also work with Workday Deployment Partners in an Advisory capacity on Partner led deployments. The Technical Consultant has knowledge of core design principles, common integration patterns, project implementation methodology, and a\ successful track record of delivering.\ Key Areas of Responsibility:\ Lead and project manage integration workstream(s), hitting delivery dates and driving results\ Become an expert on the specific Workday functionality, configuration, and technology\ Conduct discovery sessions to develop and document a thorough understanding of customers integration needs\ Design and implement integrations to address complex customer and vendor requirements\ Assist customers in testing integrations and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure post-production success\ Engage with other members of the Global Professional Services consulting team and lead internal initiatives.

About You

We are looking for hardworking, creative consultants who are passionate about what they do! You should excel at explaining complex\ concepts in simple terms and understanding customer procedures. You are curious about how things work and love solving puzzles.\ We look for team members who will suggest creative and new ways to develop and deliver technical solutions. You should be an innovative\ self-starter who can drive ideas from concept through implementation.

\ BasicQualifications\ Minimum 5+ years demonstrated integration experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Integration domain experience\ Minimum 4+ years with the ability to consult as an Advisory or Architect on customer implementations.\ Minimum 5+ years experience in architecture, Design and Build integration solutions.

\ Other Qualifications\ Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferable in Finance or Accounting.\ Coordinate assigned deliverable schedules to ensure clients timelines are met. Provide guidance to clients or service partners\ on integration strategies.\ Contribute to the customers experience with Workdays integration products, tools, and services in a way that results in high\ customer satisfaction.\ Lead project teams through integration discovery and scoping phases of their implementation projects\ Engage where appropriate in the sales cycle to help scope i
